The lineup
01
Record

Log it between innings, not after the game

Pick the outcome, tap where the ball landed, done. You're back on the bench before you're up again — no scorebook, no spreadsheet on Sunday night.

Quick outcomes
Strikeouts, ground outs, fly outs and walks save instantly and skip the field step.
Your league's rules
No bunting in your league? Hide it. Dropped third strike or intentional walk? Switch them on.
Works without signal
Everything saves to your phone first and syncs later. Most diamonds have terrible reception.
02
See

Pull-side every time? Now you'll know

Slowpitch is a game of placement, and your spray chart is the only honest record of where you actually put the ball. Tap any dot to see the at-bat behind it.

One career line
AVG, OBP, SLG, OPS and the counting stats — across every team, league and season.
Splits that matter
Filter to one opponent, one park, one tournament, home or away, then read the slash line.
Phone and desktop
The same data on a bigger screen: game logs, splits panels and season tables.
03
Live scoring

Or run the book for the whole team

Innings, outs, baserunners, run caps, mercy rules and a play log you can scrub back through — everything a rec-league scorekeeper needs, and nothing a broadcast crew does.

Your league's rules
Set innings, run cap per inning and the mercy rule once per game.
Runners, handled
Confirm where each one ended up. Steals, caught stealing and courtesy runners included.
Ends with a summary
Final score, team totals and the top hitters — nothing extra to enter.
04
Share cards

Something worth putting in the group chat

Export a game line or a whole season as an image — spray chart as the hero, your numbers on a stamped card.

Any slice
One tournament, one park, one opponent — the card labels the slice it's showing.
Teammates too
Make a card for anyone on your roster, including the ones who aren't on the app yet.
The invite is on the card
Roster-player cards carry the team's join link, so posting the image is the invitation.
05
Shared teams

Drop the code in the group chat

Everyone logs their own at-bats against the same games, so the team has one shared record instead of nine private ones — and one person doesn't do all the data entry.

Roster players
Add the teammates who'll never download an app and record for them anyway.
Batting order
Set the lineup once; it drives the box score, the team table and who's up next.
Box score entry
Or type the whole game's totals into one grid afterwards.
In the bag
Stolen bases
Credited to the runner — and the column only appears if your league actually steals.
Hit trajectory
Line drive, grounder, fly ball, pop-up — beyond just where the ball landed.
Seasons
Group games into seasons and read each one on its own, or all together.
Coach mode
Keep score without batting; the whole app reframes around the team.
Win–loss record
Mark a game final and it counts. Scores without at-bats count too.
CSV export
Every at-bat you've recorded, in a file that belongs to you.
Offline first
Record with no signal at all; it syncs itself when you're back.
Sign in your way
Apple, Google, or an email and password — or no account at all.
Dark mode
Obviously.
Free
No ads, no paywall, no upgrade screen waiting three games in.

Slowpitch questions

Is Slug Stats free for slowpitch players?
Yes — completely free. No ads, no paywalls, no premium tier. Track every at-bat, every season, every team.
Does it work for beer-league or rec slowpitch?
Built for it. Most of our users are rec, beer-league, or weekend tournament players. The app stays out of your way during the game and gives you real stats after.
Can my whole team use it together?
Yes. Create a shared team, share the invite code, and every member tracks their own at-bats against the same games. You'll see team-wide batting average, home runs, and game-by-game breakdowns.
Can I track teammates who don't use the app?
Yes — add them as roster players. Anyone on the team can log at-bats on their behalf, and they get their own spray chart and stats just like a regular member. When they do join, they claim every at-bat you recorded for them.
Can I keep score for the whole game, not just my own at-bats?
Yes. Turn on live scoring for a game and you get innings, outs, baserunners, a running line score and a play log you can scrub back through, with a final summary at the end. It's opt-in per game, so it never gets in the way if you only want to log your own swings.
Can I enter a whole game at once instead of at-bat by at-bat?
Yes — the box score screen takes a full line for each player (AB, H, 2B, 3B, HR, BB, K, R, RBI) and turns it into individual at-bats, so your season stats work out the same either way.
Does it hide outcomes my league doesn't use?
Yes. You can hide any outcome the recorder offers — bunts, for instance, if your league doesn't allow them — and switch on niche ones like a dropped third strike or an intentional walk if it does.
Does it work without cell service at the field?
Yes. Everything saves to your phone first and syncs when you're back on a network, so a dead spot in the dugout doesn't cost you a game.
Does it work on Android?
Yes — Slug Stats runs on iOS, Android, and the web. Your data syncs across all three.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every at-bat is downloadable as CSV from your profile. Your data is yours.
